We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing residential Manager to oversee all aspects of our residential roofing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roofing systems, construction practices, and project management principles.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:Oversee all phases of residential roofing projects, from initial estimate to final inspection.
• Develop and implement efficient project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Management:Recruit, hire, and train roofing crews.
• Manage and motivate the roofing team to achieve productivity goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations.
• Quality Control:Implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Inspect completed projects to verify compliance with industry standards.
• Vendor Management:Source and manage relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
• Financial Management:Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Prepare accurate financial reports.
• Customer Service:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential roofing operations management.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Roofing certification or industry accreditation.
• Experience with estimating and bidding processes.
• Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable roofing solutions.
