What You'll Do

A typical day at My Spot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving children's lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and activities of daily living to help improve mobility, strength, and range of motion.

• Monitor patients' progress during therapy sessions and adjust treatments as needed under the direction of the physical therapist.

• Educate patients and their families about exercises and techniques they can perform at home to expedite recovery and maintain progress.

• Document patients' progress, concerns, and responses to treatment accurately and timely in the medical record system.

What You'll Need

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in state of practice.
