The responsibilities include operating equipment for various maintenance tasks such as lawn care, light carpentry work, painting, using power hand equipment, repairing fences and gates, and removing leaves and debris from facilities. Additionally, the role involves operating mowers, weed eaters, trucks, and other maintenance equipment, driving crew and construction vehicles, and determining equipment and materials needed on job sites.
