Position Overview:
As an Insurance Agent at American Income Life, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, identify their unique needs, and offer them tailored insurance solutions. You'll be working directly with families to provide coverage that can protect them during difficult times, ensuring they have the support they need when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
-Sell life insurance and supplemental health plans, customizing policies to meet the needs of each client.
-Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to policyholders.
-Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to educate clients about their insurance options.
-Manage leads and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and compliance standards.
-Meet or exceed sales goals to earn competitive commissions and bonuses.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus, but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated by achieving sales goals and personal success.
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required – we provide comprehensive training.
Must be able to obtain a state insurance license (we assist with this process).
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
