Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
Assist with month-end close and general ledger management
Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
Support accounts payable and financial statement preparation
Conduct cost accounting, prepare bank draws, and assist with audits
Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects
What We're Looking for the Staff Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in public accounting or real estate is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
