Our client, a leader in manufacturing technologies, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Nacogdoches, Texas

Pay Range: $70,000 - $105,000

What's the Job?

• Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing production problems.

• Refine and enhance processes by applying continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing principles.

• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow and equipment layout.

• Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods and establishing standards.

• Evaluate capital equipment investments and manage the implementation of projects.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a related Engineering or Technology field.

• A new grad with manufacturing internship in rubber processing or related technologies or an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong process improvement experience in rubber seal manufacturing and rubber processing or similar technologies

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic measuring tools.

• Familiarity with CAD software and Microsoft Office.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
