To continue this trajectory, we're searching for a highly motivated Personal Assistant to work closely with our CEO/Founder. From day one, the Personal Assistant will have an immediate impact on productivity, organization and planning on the Founder's day to day. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, calendar management, travel/itinerary booking, and above all else, have an exceptionally sharp attention to detail.
Objectives
● Manage the CEO's daily personal calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing emails and itineraries, and arranging for travel/ transportation.
○ Serve as a liaison between C Suite, executives, and c suite project management as needed.
● Build and develop relationships with CEO's personal contacts, investors, etc for special projects.
● Assists with additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
