Your role in our mission

  1. Direct the organization and performance of the Enterprise Applications team, responsible for corporate-wide systems including SAP, Salesforce, Twenty5, Ariba, SharePoint, and others.
  2. Manage the implementation of new enterprise applications for financial management, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  3. Oversee the integration of systems into a seamless end-to-end architecture that maximizes business data use and provides timely, accurate management information.
  4. Manage enhancements and production support of existing and new applications.
  5. Administer the Enterprise Applications budget and communicate updates to senior management regarding variances and opportunities.
  6. Drive continuous improvement to optimize costs and develop a high-performing team.
  7. Engage with key stakeholders to gain support and adoption of systems.
  8. Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Oversee business functions including project planning, budgeting, and work breakdown structures.
  10. Maintain high standards of professional excellence among staff.

What we're looking for

  1. Fifteen or more years of experience in technical/function application development support or related fields, including at least ten years in supervisory or management roles.
  2. A proven track record of leading system implementation, enhancement, and support similar to Gainwell's enterprise systems.
  3. Experience with concepts, practices, and procedures in relevant areas.
  4. Knowledge of management implications of financial data, including generally accepted accounting principles and federal contracting.
  5. Experience with financial applications software, industry products, and technology support requirements.
  6. Experience with application development and maintenance best practices.

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a 100% remote role with some annual travel possible.

The salary range is $146,700 to $209,500 annually, with actual offers depending on geographic location, internal equity, skills, and experience.
