Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Marion, TX. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, managing warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Daily tasks also include supervising staff, operating forklifts as needed, and implementing efficient stock control methods to optimize warehouse productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Operations Management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
