POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative I JOB GRADE: CSR-1
REPORTS TO: LOCATION: Main St. Nacogdoches, TX
JOB SUMMARY:
Meets customer expectations of service and professionalism while assisting in a variety of basic customer checking, savings, and credit account transactions, as well as customer services such as sales of cashier's checks, CBTx gift cards, and money orders. Good interpersonal communication skills with other employees and thorough knowledge of all CBTx teller functions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
2.Provides customers with basic account information such as balance or status. Receives checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters transactions into computer records in an accurate, prompt and efficient manner.
