Job Summary:

  • PHI Air Medical (operating under CAMTS guidelines)
  • BH407 VFR/NVG (Instrument rating required)
  • 24-hour operations (day/night rotation)
  • If an aircraft transition is required, a minimum of 1 year service per CBA
  • Relocation package available; if utilized, a minimum of 2 years service per CBA
  • Housing will not be provided

Other:

  • External search may run concurrently with internal job posting.
  • Participation in community outreach programs and adherence to PHI policies required.
  • Some lifting required for loading/unloading patients and equipment.
  • Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other safety campaigns.
  • Work with internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service.

Schedule/Location:

  • Schedule 7&7; schedule may change based on base needs.
  • Must live within 1-hour commute from the base.

Job Requirements:

  • Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings
  • First Class Medical
  • CAMTS Requirements: 2,000 total hours, 1,500 helicopter hours, 1,000 PIC helicopter hours, 500 turbine helicopter hours, 100 night hours or 50 night hours with NVG
  • Meet 235 pounds weight requirement
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Pass pre-placement physical, drug screening, background check
