We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and efficiency, supporting our goal of maintaining the highest standards in patient care. Responsibilities
  • Input and maintain accurate patient data into the database.
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in patient records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis for management.
  • Support the billing process by ensuring all patient information is correct and up to date.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline data entry processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to data-related inquiries from staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data entry processes is preferred.
