Advancement is performance-based, and our culture is rooted in the *4 P?s*: *People, Purpose, Profit, and Play*.We?re currently hiring a *full-time Gym Manager* for our *Nordel* location.*Position Overview:*As Gym Manager, you?ll lead the team, drive membership growth, uphold cleanliness standards, and ensure every member enjoys a consistently positive and professional experience. You?ll oversee day-to-day operations and help shape the success of your club.*Key Responsibilities:**Team Leadership & Culture** Foster a positive, productive, and cooperative team environment* Inspire and motivate the team through strong leadership and leading by example* Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure top performance* Conduct performance reviews and take disciplinary action when necessary*Sales & Outreach** Monitor and meet/exceed monthly sales targets* Guide the team in refining sales processes and KPIs* Drive new memberships via tours, referrals, B2B outreach, and guest passes* Build strong community ties through local partnerships, lead boxes, and events* Track and present weekly sales reports to management*Operations & Customer Experience** Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment* Handle member concerns with empathy and effective decision-making* Oversee gym cleanliness and ensure equipment is well-maintained throughout the day* Plan and promote special in-club events to drive engagement*Qualifications:** High school diploma required; associate?s or bachelor?s in business preferred* Minimum 1 year of experience in the fitness industry; 2+ years in management* Proven ability to drive sales through outreach and community engagement* Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills* Experience managing budgets, payroll, and operational performance metrics* Tech-savvy and comfortable using gym software systems* Highly motivated, professional, and team-orientedIf you?re a driven, organized, and energetic leader with a passion for fitness, we?d love to hear from you.*Apply today and grow with us at Anytime Fitness!*Job Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:* Bonus payBenefits:* Casual dress* Company events* Flexible schedule* On-site gym* On-site parkingSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Holidays* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededEducation:* Secondary School (required)Experience:* Sales: 5 years (required)* Fitness: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
