A fast-growing startup in the advertising space is looking for a Lead Customer Success Engineer to join their fully remote team. This is a full-time position, and while you can be based anywhere in the U.S, you must be available during U.S. working hours. The company builds B2B SaaS solutions that empower brands with rich data and campaign insights, using tools like Python, SQL, JavaScript, and Google App Scripts.
This is a rare hybrid role combining technical problem solving, client engagement, and internal education. You'll write code, work closely with clients, and teach others making this ideal for someone who loves being hands-on with technology and also enjoys helping people. Required Skills & Experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL, and JavaScript, especially Google App Scripts
• Experience working with APIs (calling and modifying)
• Solid understanding of how websites load, JavaScript execution, and tag firing
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent written communication skills and documentation habits
Desired Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, or with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
• Prior experience training or mentoring teammates
• Passion for working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
