Job Overview:

As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will be an essential part of the Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life as an enthusiastic ambassador. You will work in a fast-paced environment, immersing yourself in customer connections and delivering exceptional service. This is a learning role designed for associates to build skills and prepare for advancement to the Mobile Expert position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in their shopping journey.
• Demonstrate the latest technology and offer personalized device and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile team members to create a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously learn about wireless technology to better serve our customers.

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Passionate about customer advocacy and connection.
• Competitive drive with a proven ability to succeed in a sales environment.
• Effective in balancing customer needs and performance goals.

This role requires you to be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. This position is not classified as DOT regulated and does not require travel.

Compensation:

The hourly base pay is $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour in training pay. Within the first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and upon completion, you can advance to the Mobile Expert role with eligibility for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives, and are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
