We're seeking a Platform Product Manager who is passionate about building the dataand machine learning foundations that enable transformative digital experiences. Inthis role, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our data and ML platform—focusing on the core infrastructure, tooling, and services that power analytics, intelligent features, and product personalization at scale. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of product, data, and engineering. You are both technically fluent and deeply user-focused, with a strong ability to define scalable, privacy-conscious solutions that align with business strategy. You'll partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, extensible, and high-impact platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision and roadmap for our internal data and ML platform, ensuring it supports current and future product needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to build scalable pipelines, APIs, services, and tooling for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Gather and synthesize requirements from internal users (product teams, data scientists, analysts, etc.) to inform feature development and prioritization.
• Drive the operationalization of ML models into production workflows, ensuring robust performance, scalability, and observability.
• Define and maintain clear success metrics for platform features, including data quality, latency, reliability, and model impact.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure timely, well-scoped, and technically feasible user stories for engineering teams.
• Partner with design and engineering to improve internal UX for platform tools, data access, and workflows.
• Establish and promote best practices around data governance, documentation, and developer experience.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective model integration, A/B testing, and measurement frameworks.
• Lead platform-level initiatives such as self-serve data tooling, experimentation infrastructure, and data cataloging.
• Support platform adoption by enabling documentation, training, and onboarding resources.
• Serve as a key voice for platform product strategy in leadership forums and cross-functional planning sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in platform, data infrastructure, or ML tooling
• Deep understanding of data platforms and modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Spark)
• Strong grasp of ETL/ELT workflows, ML model lifecycle, and platform architecture
• Hands-on experience working with data engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort navigating complex datasets to drive product insight
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business value and vice versa
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of delivering platform products or services that enable broader team productivity and innovation
• Strong prioritization, execution, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, evolving environments
