Field Technician (Level 1-2)
Santa Barbara, CA - Hybrid (Work from Home with Local Site Visits)
Salary: $60,000-$70,000 DOE

We're a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving businesses throughout Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas. We're looking for a motivated Field Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with clients, and growing their IT career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for small to mid-sized business clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, servers, networking equipment, and cloud services.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks to keep client environments running smoothly.
• Document work performed and communicate clearly with both clients and the internal team.
• Participate in project deployments and assist with technology rollouts when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP experience a plus).
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments, Office 365, basic networking, and common business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently from home while making client site visits in the Santa Barbara area.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
