A Texas-based boutique energy law firm is hiring a Remote Title Attorney with at least 4 years of experience drafting title opinions. Responsibilities Include
  • Drafting Texas, Permian, and Bakken-region title opinions
  • Reviewing mineral title history, ownership chains, and relevant land documents
  • Providing research-heavy analysis of complex title and regulatory matters
  • (Optional) Overseeing work of associate attorneys (compensated hourly)
