Reporting to the NA Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth within their assigned territory by positioning McCrometers metering solutions in key vertical markets. This role focuses on value-based selling, building strong customer relationships, and managing channel partners to identify, influence, and close new business opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager plays a critical role in expanding direct sales, increasing profit margins, and meeting ambitious targets, making a measurable impact on the organizations success. This position is part of the North America Sales Team and will be remote. You must be located in Colorado or Washington states.

The compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000 USD per year. This job is eligible for Incentive Pay. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to eligible employees.
