What You Bring

• 5+ years in Human Resources, People & Culture, Organizational Development, or Leadership.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

• Confidence using tools like Zoom, LinkedIn, CRMs, and digital platforms.
• A desire to pivot away from traditional 9-5 work into something more flexible and fulfilling.
