2 Hour Learning is revolutionizing K-12 education through an AI-driven model that enables students to master content with focused daily engagement. This is a full-time, long-term role with compensation at $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000/year based on 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. This is a contractor-of-record arrangement with Crossover.

What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead a crucial domain of our national expansion strategy: choose your focus area among regulatory approvals, systems & onboarding, or financial operations
• Hold direct accountability for outcomes with full decision-making authority
• Design and validate new operational frameworks in real-world conditions
• Drive results through collaboration with key stakeholders across levels
• Leverage AI tools to optimize operations and accelerate growth

Head Of Facilities Management - Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of a fundamental operational pillar in the national school launch initiative. Execute with precision, speed, and scalability. You will be matched to the most suitable domain based on expertise and will have full autonomy to shape and drive your area of responsibility.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 3-year tenure at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) with exceptional strategic acumen
• Proven success leading complex operations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations
• Strong analytical capabilities with autonomous execution skills
• Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to travel approximately one week per month
• Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency
