Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the print & packaging industry in the Texas territory.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote services.

A successful Sales Representative should have:

• Strong knowledge of the print & packaging manufacturing industry and sales strategies.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate
