Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment of project deliverables.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support senior account managers in the execution of client projects and campaigns.
• Conduct research and analysis to support client needs and inform strategic decisions.
• Help resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner, escalating as needed.
• Participate in client meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-ups on action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer service role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships.
