WORK FROM HOME JOB!!!!

Call Center Representatives needed for company on the NW side of Indianapolis. You must be able to train on site in Indianapolis for 2-3 days of training.

Job Summary:
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls for recalled products.
• Verify if an item is recalled.
• Gather information from caller and enter into web site.
• Give confirmation number back to patient.

• Must be able to complete 2-3 days of on-site training.

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Location: West Indianapolis, IN.

Position Type: Project oriented. Temporary position with the possibility to move to another project.

Pay: $17.00/hr. (if Bilingual Spanish or French - $19/hr)

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Call center experience required; disability claims experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable high-speed internet connection with the ability to hardwire via modem
• Active cell phone with service (not Wi-Fi only) and ability to download required apps
• Must be able to complete on-site training
• Must reside in Indiana
