Position Info:

This position is primarily responsible for assembling and testing parts. This includes setting up assembly and test stations in a timely manner to meet customer demands. This associate may on occasion be required to operate machines. The associate selected for this position will be required to work in the Machine Shop Cells.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily housekeeping activities.
  • Daily safety checks for unsafe acts and conditions.
  • Work closely with supervision to fill their customer's needs.
  • Set up and operate assembly and test stations.
  • Identify and repair when possible non-conforming parts.
  • Operate machines.

Experience:

One year of manufacturing experience a plus.

Education:

GED or High School Diploma a plus.

Training and Skills:

Use of gages & measuring equipment. Must be able to read and understand setup sheets. Have good math skills. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Teamwork / Collaboration. Planning and Organizing. Individual Leadership / Self-motivated.

Physical Demands / Environmental Factors:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to bend, squat, & lift < 35 pounds frequently. Ability to move rolling product cart > 150 pounds occasionally. Ability to climb stairs occasionally. Ability to continuously stand or walk.
