Machine Operator needed for 1st and 2nd shifts with shift differential pay for 2nd shift.

1st- 7am-3pm

2nd- 3pm-11pm

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SHIFT HOURS- You will need to be flexible

Must have basic experience/knowledge of Industrial CNC machine set up and operation.

Duties:
- Set up and operate various machines including CNC machines, and conventional machines - Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of machined parts
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes
