This position requires a Medical Technologist with a strong generalist skill set, including expertise in Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank Serology, and Chemistry. Candidates must have a current MT/MLS ASCP certification and at least one year of relevant experience, with specific proficiency in Blood Bank. A bachelor's degree is required. The role involves working mid-shifts from Monday to Thursday, 12 PM to 10 PM, on a 7-on/7-off schedule consisting of a mix of 10- and 12-hour shifts. No block scheduling is involved, but floating to different departments may be necessary.
