Job Summary:
The Enrollment Manager is a frontline people leader responsible for driving strong enrollment performance through effective coaching, execution of best practices, and day-to-day team leadership. This role manages a team of Enrollment Coaches and focuses on consistent delivery of high-quality student interactions, strong conversion outcomes, and disciplined use of enrollment processes and metrics.
The Enrollment Manager plays a key role in supporting the continued growth and maturation of the Enrollment Services organization. This position requires a solution-oriented leader who can reinforce standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and help build a strong foundation as the department expands.
Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services, the Enrollment Manager balances hands-on coaching with operational execution to ensure the team performs at a high level in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coaching
• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Enrollment Coaches to achieve engagement, quality, conversion, and start goals.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings focused on performance, skill development, and professional growth.
• Provide ongoing call coaching, QA feedback, and observational coaching tied to enrollment best practices.
• Reinforce consistent expectations for activity, quality interactions, and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and student-first service.
Enrollment Execution & Best Practices
• Ensure advisors consistently deliver high-quality, student-centered enrollment conversations.
• Support adherence to established contact strategies across phone, email, and SMS.
• Identify common barriers to enrollment and your team to resolve with practical solutions.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Enrollment Coaches.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for programs, processes, and enrollment workflows.
Performance Management & Metrics
• Monitor individual and team performance on a daily and weekly basis.
• Use key enrollment metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and coaching opportunities.
• By monitoring conversion rates throughout the funnel, escalate risks or performance concerns early, creating strategies to maximize conversions.
Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
• Support the implementation of enrollment processes, scripts, and workflows.
• Provide feedback on tools, systems, and processes that impact EC productivity or student experience.
• Participate in testing and refinement of communication strategies and operational improvements.
• Contribute to a continuous improvement mindset by identifying small changes that drive meaningful results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of enrollment experience required with Leadership experience preferred. 2+ years preferred
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding enrollment and conversion goals.
• Proven ability to coach individuals to improved performance.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and enrollment reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

$80,000 - $85,000 a year
