Location: Remote ( PST hours Preferred )
Salary Range: $30/hr to $35/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
• 3 to 5 years of graphic/visual design experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience working with AI-generated content and design
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
• Ability to iterate quickly and adapt to feedback

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop presentation templates and slide components optimized for AI compatibility
• Create and maintain detailed visual specifications for optimal model outputs
• Evaluate and refine slides for clarity and consistency
• Document design guidelines, accessibility standards, and inclusivity checks
• Collaborate with design leads, product managers, and content teams
• Pilot new AI-driven features and provide recommendations for improvements
