Job Title

Responsible for assisting the Field Buyer with daily tasks including receiving all materials and maintaining accurate inventory of major material items on site. Responsibilities include coordinating with logistic team for deliveries, ensuring material packing slips are accurate, distributing materials to proper site personnel, coordinating with logistics for inventory control and storage, providing daily reports to onsite management, inspecting deliveries for damage and defects, and uploading supporting documentation into Procore daily. Responsible for ensuring all materials are stored properly according to vendor requirements, creating and maintaining an onsite subcontractor contact list, and providing backup support for the Field Buyer. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year of construction experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the Company's Zero Injury principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Scheduling Software. Effectively present information and respond to questions from project managers, superintendents, clients, customers and the general public. Knowledge of rigging and off-loading of materials. Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
