Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and shoppers by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting local emergency services and/or site management as directed; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail common areas, corridors, loading areas, and exterior perimeter; Control access to restricted areas by monitoring doors, service corridors, and delivery points, verifying credentials and/or directing visitors and vendors according to site guidelines; Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership, property management, and/or incoming shift personnel
