Engineering & Technology Manager, Engineering Management – Mechanical

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead and motivate engineering teams, drive project success, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee mechanical engineering and technology projects.
• Manage the financial aspects of engineering initiatives.
• Supervise engineering teams and support personnel management.
• Set and achieve project goals and objectives.
• Oversee engineering and scientific activities across multiple job families or functional teams.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Apply mechanical engineering principles in system design, analysis, manufacturing, and maintenance.
• Utilize CAD, CAM, and product lifecycle management tools for equipment and process development.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical engineering expertise and knowledge of mechanical disciplines.
• Solid understanding of physics, chemistry, mathematics, and materials science as applied to mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in CAD, CAM, and product lifecycle management tools.
• Experience managing engineering teams and cross‑functional activities.
• Leadership skills combined with financial and business acumen.
• Ability to ensure compliance with customer, safety, and environmental requirements.
