This position will be responsible for finding opportunities to maximize and drive sales growth in the East Texas market. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing new accounts, while maintaining existing business. He/ She will work with the VP/ GM and President to execute sales strategies in the East Texas market area, while utilizing a dedicated sales team and customer support. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Manage a team of Account Managers to drive new business and grow existing accounts in the market. Achieve or exceed planned sales levels for all products and services within targeted markets and targeted accounts.
