We're looking for an experienced Operations Research and Systems Analyst to join our team in Holon. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement system level solutions that support performance evaluation, system design and decision making, applying your strengths in mathematical modeling, software development, and developing simulation and optimization solutions:In this role you willDevelop mathematical models, simulation tools and a digital twin to support performance evaluation, system design and decision makingApply operations research methods to analyze andoptimize system performanceCollaborate with cross functional teams to defineproject requirements and system level design objectivesPrepare reports, presentations and recommendations and present them to management and stakeholders:RequirementsMSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field3-5 years of experience in operations research or systems analysis, including applying mathematical models, optimization and simulation to real world problems; experience in defense or military applications preferredFamiliarity with wireless and RF technologies is an advantageProficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++) and solid understanding of database design principles and data managementExperience with GIS software (e.g. QGIS) and geospatial data integration preferredFamiliarity with machine learning techniques and data analytics tools is a plusExcellent communication skills, with ability to present complex technical information to technical and non technical audiencesAbility to lead research efforts, manage multiple tasks in parallel and collaborate in cross functional teamsOnly relevant applications will be answered*#Holon
