Manufacturing Shipping Manager, Nacogdoches, TX

• Lead daily shipping/receiving activities to ensure customer delivery requirements are achieved.
• Manage machine shop shipping and receiving personnel.
• Coordinate shipping activities with customers, carriers, freight providers and internal departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories and inventory control procedures.
• Ensure all customer shipments are processed accurately, on time and in compliance with customer requirements.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, export documentation and shipment preparation activities.

Minimum of 5 years of management

Experience with APICS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar certifications
Must have bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred
